When You Need To Return Merchandise, Please Follow These Guidelines 

Sorry, but we cannot accept the following items for return or exchange:

  • Lamps, modified items, replacement parts, special order or non-stock products, sales aids or merchandise purchased over 90 days. 

Expense incurred to return merchandise to Cascade Lighting, Inc. is the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS NOTE 
No cash refunds on returns. Credit for future merchandise will be issued.

STOCK MERCHANDISE PURCHASED WITHIN PAST 30 DAYS 
30 Day Policy 
No matter what the problem, we will take back stock merchandise within 30 days of purchase and give you full credit.

  1. All merchandise must be issued an RGA (Return’s Good Authorization) number by our Customer Service Department prior to return of item(s).
  2. Ship the item(s) you want to return to us via UPS or U.S. Mail prepaid, making sure they arrive at our warehouse within thirty (30) days from the purchase date.
  3. Merchandise must be in ORIGINAL FACTORY BOXES in condition of re-sale.
  4. Please include copy of the packing list or invoice from us to show purchase date as well as a copy of the RGA form sent to you.
  5. All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the RGA guidelines are met, we’ll issue a credit memo to you for the price you paid.

STOCK MERCHANDISE PURCHASED WITHIN PAST 31-90 DAYS
Standard Return Policy 
Stock merchandise purchased from 31-90 days may be returned.

PLEASE FOLLOW STEPS 1 – 4 LISTED ABOVE PRIOR TO RETURNING ITEM(S)
NOTE: Items must be returned prior to the RGA expiration date.

When we receive your returned item(s), the item will be inspected. Upon acceptance of the return, we will issue a credit memo for the price you paid less a 30% restocking charge.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Cascade Lighting, Inc. will honor the established warranty of each manufacturer in dealing with defective merchandise.

  1. All defective merchandise must be issued an RGA number by our Customer Service Department prior to the return of the item(s).
  2. Mark the package(s) with the RGA number and deliver or ship prepaid, to our warehouse or to manufacturer’s warehouse upon instruction.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection of returned item(s), and confirmation of manufacturers defects; a credit memo will be issued.

Before we can issue an RGA to you, we may be required to secure one from the manufacturer. This could require a 1-3 day delay in issuing you an RGA number.

In no event shall Cascade Lighting be liable for contingent, incidental, or consequential damages because of the products use.
